Relish Modern Tapas Wins Me Over

Finally, a restaurant in the Mason, Ohio that is unique, moderately priced with great food.
I enjoyed a wonderful lunch the other day at Relish. Between my friend and me we ate 4 small plates and shared dessert.
The restaurant was clean and comfortable, the waiter and hostess friendly and welcoming.
We had the Asian Spicy Shrimp, the balls of Italian sausage along with the zucchini tips and the ditalini pasta. The simple flavors of the zucchini and ditalini complimented the robust taste of the shrimp and sausage.
We topped of our lunch with the homemade relish lace cookies with strawberries and whipped cream. Which reminded me of my own lace cookies recipe, but relish’s has oatmeal in the cookies, it so very good!!!
The prices were average for an upscale restaurant, well worth it for the quality of the food.
I look forward to returning for dinner soon – hope to see you there.
Relish is located behind the Whole Foods Market at Deerfield Town Center in Mason, Ohio.
