Health and Fitness. Most of us neglect this area of our lives. It takes work and planning. Consistency in our habits to maintain it. It takes a solid commitment to the goal we have set for ourselves. I know how HARD it is to keep on a strict path to diet and exercise. I love McDonalds. Well, to be honest I love any Fast Food pretty much. I also love a good meal at a nice restaurant. Proper nutrition is the key to living healthier, better, fuller and longer lives. I am weak when it comes to this topic.
