For us, the connection with customers and consumers at a real visceral level is the reason we do what we do. It's about inspiration, emotion and intellect. It's about going to the head through the heart. It's about creating true brand experiences.

How we do this is through a disciplined process that blends an approach to media through communications planning with our principals own unique backgrounds and experiences. For us, the process is all about curiosity, collaboration and creativity:

Curiosity: Research is really just about being curious. While we believe in research tools, measurement and modeling, we also strive to always remain curious in our daily lives. We do not act like we know it all. We believe we can always learn something new and find something new with each project. In order to achieve the knowledge and inspiration essential to driving our client's communication beyond their competitors, we keep our minds open. We keep curious.

Collaboration: We believe in scaling to meet the needs of a project with the right people and right teams. We recognize the need for teamwork and unity. Unity does not mean monotony. Each strategist, producer, writer and designer on our team is constantly changing and pushing one another to find not just one big idea, but a few. We listen to each other and break our ideas down, so we can build our client's communication up. We meet our clients' needs by collaborating and connecting with an impressive network of industry professionals.

Creativity: It's the power of the mind which turns ordinary clouds in the sky into imaginative creatures and works of art. We approach our work with ideas, insights, creativity and inspiration. Experiential marketing has its roots in theater, and we take a theatrical approach to our work. This means we take a story-based approach to our work that involves creating a narrative that captures an emotional and intellectual connection to our clients' brands. We believe that all projects begin with a well crafted story, and that this process of writing is where all great ideas are refined. However, do not think of us only as creators, but as transformers. We are transforming communications.
